Process
Settling your case through the process of mediation requires proper preparation by all the parties.
No added fees for preparation time, rescheduling, or cancelling.
As the mediation approaches, I will reach out to each party to get an idea about the nature of the dispute and the history of the litigation/negotiations.
I would like each party to submit their materials, or mediation brief, for my review one week in advance of the mediation.
I believe that having all interested parties available during the mediation will lead to best outcome. This includes first party subrogation interests and other lienholders. If all of the parties can appreciate the strengths or weaknesses in a case then there is more flexibility to find a good resolution.
I feel strongly that if every interested party to your case is able to participate in the mediation then the probability of a successful resolution increases dramatically. I consider the coordinating of these interested parties before your mediation part of my mediation fee.
I am currently offering 4-hour and 8-hour mediations via Zoom but I am happy to tailor my services to your needs, including coordinating an in-person mediation. Please call me for particulars or questions concerning the mediation itself.
Once all participating parties have agreed on a date and time for their mediation, a mediation agreement will be circulated for signatures.
